Good evening, welcome to this weeks Weekend Wrap, this weeks edition is a little quiet after last weekends Gamescom. Nonetheless, we have news on Halo Infinites recent preview findings, an upcoming delay to DLC for Microsoft Flight Sim, a rumoured remaster coming to next-gen consoles and much more.
The Week that Was
Here at OMG, we have all the news and announcements from the past week in one spot. Gamescom has wrapped but we have plenty of game presentations and trailers from the event including gameplay demonstrations of Far Cry 6 and Marvel’s Midnight Suns. PlayStation is hosting a PS5 conference this upcoming Friday and also announced their PlayStation Plus Games for September. We have 3 reviews with Greak: Memories of Azur, Horror Tales: The Wine and Darker Skies. Top Gun movie delay also affects Flight Sim DLC
The Top Gun DLC for Microsoft Flight Simulator will receive a delay due to the fact the DLC will be released in line with the movie.
The movie has now been delayed to 27th May 2022.

Xbox One Games of a Generation: Stage 2 Best of 2020
We have 14 amazing titles that make it through Stage 2 Best of 2020. Gears 5 easily took out top spot just a vote over Mortal Kombat 11 and A Plague Tale: Innocence. Wrapping up the top 5 was Resident Evil 2 Remake and Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order. Next up was Tom Clancy’s The Division 2 and Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice. We had 7 titles all draw that final three spots, Control, Metro Exodus, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare, RAGE 2, Borderlands 3, Far Cry New Dawn and The Outer Worlds.
2020 saw the release of the Series X|S and one of the last big years for the Xbox One. From Stage 1 we have 40 massive titles, so with that number, each voter gets up to 8 votes and at least 8 titles will go through to Stage 3.
