As PAX Online gets closer and closer there is a lot of news that is coming out in the lead up to the show.
We are going to put up regular articles to help gamer’s keep up with all of the news and trailers that we’re seeing. Here is today’s recap from Saturday 12th September 2020.
There are some amazing games in these trailers so definitely keep an eye out for them.
Destiny’s Sword – PC – Coming Soon
“In the future wounds can be easily healed, courage bolstered through teamwork and strength of arms. But when the adrenaline fades and a soldier sits alone on their bunk… that is when the hardest battles are fought.
In Destiny’s Sword you’re the commander of a team of skilled troopers – and the only thing that can get in their way is themselves.
Every recruit has their own story to tell, their own reasons for getting involved. Their experiences while under your command will shape their development and affect their performance. As you get to know your squad on and off the battlefield you will explore the full depth of the human condition. Empathy will be your most powerful weapon.
We’ve all played the hero. It’s time to be a leader.”
Here’s some more from the Developers about this interesting game:
“Destiny’s Sword occupies a unique space in gaming today. Developers are proud supporters of veterans around the world whose courageous stories of both active- and post-service life have inspired the game. The team has worked tirelessly with mental health organizations like Take This and the veterans’ support group Spartan Wellness to ensure they approach mental health and the long term impact of combat with dignity and respect.”
