Well the team have been busy assembling all the news and updates you might have missed. Here at OMG we have all the news and announcements from the past week in one spot. PlayStation and Xbox announce their monthly games that come with their online subscriptions. The Coalition showcase their Unreal Engine 5 Alpha Point Tech Demo. Forza Horizon 5 announcements and the Halo Infinite is live. We sadly have no reviews this week, with Brightbound and Cris Tales coming early this week. But we do have Xbox Gamer Dad’s guest appearance on The Question Box with non-other than Magic Casts to chat Xbox, news, and more. Xbox have announced the next round of Games with Gold games that will come to subscribers in August. This month sees gamers, young and old, receive a decent title or two to add to their collection.
August will see Xbox Live Gold and Game Pass Ultimate subscribers receive the following games:
PlayStation Plus Update – August 2021
The PlayStation Plus monthly games lineup for August is here! From Tuesday, 3 August players can test their mettle against dangerous demons, the combative undead, aggressive fauna, and racket-wielding pros as Hunter’s Arena: Legends, Plants vs. Zombies: Battle for Neighborville and Tennis World Tour 2 join PlayStation Plus.
Xbox One Games of a Generation: Stage 2 Best of 2017
Join us as we explore the next stage in our Xbox One Games of a Generation polls and whittle down each year and get closer to working out what are the top Xbox One games of its generation.
2017 really saw the Xbox One shine and from Stage 1 we have 50 massive titles, so with that number each voter gets up to 10 votes and at least 10 titles will go through to Stage 3.

It’s a One-Two Punch with the latest update for eSports Boxing Club
eSports Boxing Club was announced in April 2020 and overnight a new gameplay trailer was released detailing some more of the finer controls plus a new fighter joining the roster.
As of yet there is no release date, but it’s believed to still be releasing in 2021.
it’s been nearly 10 years since the last boxing title was released and fans of the sport have been waiting for a new title, hopefully ESBC has exactly what you’ve been waiting for.
Two new maps for Tom Clancy’s XDefiant
Ubisoft have given gamers their first look at the maps of Tom Clancy’s XDefiant.
The first two maps on show are Emporium and Air & Space.

Port Royale recieves a Next Gen update
Port Royale 4 is receiving the free next-gen treatment on September 10 for Xbox Series S|X and PlayStation 5.
